@rodolfohuiang "Ghost Touching" is usually caused hardware issues like damaged screens, low-quality digitizers, or even bad fitting screen protectors. If you already checked your phone for that, and have already removed the screen protector but still have the same issue, than it is most like your digitizer. That is part of the display assembly. The best repair for that is to replace the complete display assembly.
Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this use this video instead. That shows how to replace the display in the phone. Replacement displays are readily available at many online places.
While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
