“The printer is printing a blank page with a new cartridge

I purchased third-party cartridges that are listed as compatible with my printer. Upon installation, the printer displayed a warning indicating that non-HP cartridges were installed. Although I am now able to bypass this warning when all cartridges are installed, the printer continues to print blank pages.

I have tested multiple cartridges, run the printhead cleaning cycle many times, and attempted additional troubleshooting, but the issue persists.
