Phone bluetooth connected but don't work on phone calls

Thank you for looking into my question. My Galaxy S21 FE 5G connects to Bluetooth devices such as my car and AirPods and other Bluetooth speakers without any issues, and audio works fine for music and YouTube. However, when I make phone calls, the audio does not work—neither I nor the other party can hear each other, no sound at all, also, I realized that when connected with car Bluetooth, there is no sound either. Thank you!

Does the Bluetooth work OK when using the phone in safe mode?

@jayeff Thanks jayeff! Not really. I can hear the keypad tones when I enter the phone number, but once I place the call, there’s no sound afterward.

Try clearing the cache in the Samsung Phone app and check.
