Nach einer Reparatur, warum kommen nur weiße Blätter aus dem Drucker?

Vor kurzem hat mein Laserdrucker HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw color MFP die Fehlermeldung 59.C0 gebracht. Im Internet habe ich herausgefunden, dass es ein mechanisches Problem ist. Daraufhin habe ich den Drucker zerlegt und auch den Fehler bald gefunden und behoben (zwei Zahnräder haben nicht mehr ineinander gegriffen). Durch diese Reparatur startet der Drucker wieder ohne Fehlermeldung. Allerdings bleibt jetzt bei jedem Ausdrucken die Seite weiß! Laut Internet könnte es sein, dass die Laser nicht funktioniert, oder dass die Fixiereinrichtung nicht funktioniert, oder dass es irgendwo einen Sicherheitsschalter gibt, der das Einschalten des Lasers verhindert. Vermutlich habe ich beim Zerlegen und Wiederzusammenbauen etwas falsch gemacht. Leider weiß ich jetzt nicht, wo ich suchen soll, denn ich habe leider weder Schaltplan noch Explosionszeichnung.

Woran kann es liegen, dass nur weiße Blätter aus dem Drucker kommen?

@walter23148 this is going to be a tough one since you will need to retrace your steps and hopefully find out what happened. Since you do not get an error code from the printer, it does think everything is working, which makes it even tougher to hunt down :-) Check and see if the cable for the laser scanner assembly is loose or disconnected.

In the meantime, the only thing we can offer is the LASERJET PRO CM1410 Service Manual The CM1415 Color MFP Series is often listed as part of the CM1410 series, it should be fairly identical. Sorry, I only have an English copy but do hope it still will be helpful to you.

Let us know what you find out and remember, you can always post pictures of what you find etc. with your question. That way we can see what you see.

@walter23148 Das wird echt schwierig, weil du deine Schritte zurückverfolgen und hoffentlich herausfinden musst, was passiert ist. Da du keinen Fehlercode vom Drucker bekommst, denkt er, dass alles funktioniert, was die Suche noch schwieriger machen kann :-) Schau mal nach, ob das Kabel für den Laserscanner locker ist oder sich gelöst hat.

Das Einzige, was wir dir in der Zwischenzeit anbieten können, ist das LASERJET PRO CM1410 Service Manual Die CM1415 Color MFP-Serie wird oft als Teil der CM1410-Serie aufgeführt, sie sollte ziemlich identisch sein. Leider habe ich nur eine englische Kopie, hoffe aber, dass sie dir trotzdem weiterhilft.

Hello @oldturkey03, thanks for your response and for the Service Manual. I see that there is a circuit diagram in it, so I can check the laser/scanner unit in more detail (I can already exclude the fuser unit, because it gets supply for some time and the white sheet that comes out is warm, so this seems to work). I will let you know about any progress, but I will not be able to look at before tomorrow.

Hello @oldturkey03, here is a quick update.

I checked various things, but I did not succeed: all the connectors are connected properly, the laser mirror is rotating (I do not know how to check the laser itself), the intermediate transfer belt is moving, the cylinders in the toners are rotating (they had a different position after I marked them), I replaced an almost-empty toner by a new one, I checked several sensors.

This all did not help.

And now I am running out of ideas.

Let's see when I find time to continue. But before doing so I need to think how to continue.

@walter23148 thanks for the update. do not give up. One of the bright things re is actually the fact that you do not get an error message. That means your printer does not "see" anything wrong., which in turn means it is not something obvious.

Hi oldturkey03: Now I have sort of bad news: When i was doing some tests, I accidentally connected the 27 pin FFC (flat flexible cable) of the high voltage power supply to connector J108 (the 29 pin connector to the laserdriver PCA) on the DC controller PCA insted of J115. I realized it when touching it, it was very hot on the side with the 24V pins. I am sure that with the 24V I have killed something on the DC controller PCA. It could even be that this mistake happened already earlier when I tried to assemble everything after my mechanical repair. This would then explain why the paper remains white: if some part of the controller for the laserdriver on the DC controller PCA were destroyed, that would explain why the laserdriver did not get any signal and therefore would not draw anything on any cylinder so that the paper remains white. But that is theory now, I cannot prove it, nor can I fix it (the optical inspection of the DC controller PCA does not give me a hint what could be destroyed)....
