Why would the car all of a sudden just completely not start?

The car was absolutely running fine, no issues. Service maintenance had been completed i.e. oil change, new battery, new spark plugs, tuneup, starter, alternator, low mileage. Car one day while out running errands, just wouldn’t start in the shopping parking lot. No warning, lights, error messages on the dash ever appeared. No alerts of any kind.
Why out of the blue would it just n🚫t turn over, n🚫t start? Jump starting it did nothing. Battery was charged, it was new.
💡 Please, I hope somebody can help steer me in the right direction - 🤷🏼♀️ offer some guidance of troubleshooting this issue!! I miss driving my car!! 😪

Have you checked the fuel pump &the fuel filter? You said it has a new battery but they dont make batteries like they use to make sure the battery doesn't have a dead cell already
