Here's the parts list for a Ryobi RYi2300BT/RYi2300BTA inverter generator if this is the model you're asking about.
On p.14 (of 16) there's a colour coded wiring diagram showing the internal wire connections of the generator that should help.
The hard part may be in which order the 3 phase star motor windings are connected (all red wires) as well as the two other windings (white wires and blue wires) as you don't want the motor to run in the reverse direction to which it was meant to go.
