Installed new battery from Ifixit and now my 13 pro max boot loops or turns on and won’t charge past 1% and the maximum capacity is at 0% I’m not sure if it’s the battery or calibration but I haven’t been able to get the phone to charge after instal but the phone was charging and working properly before hand but I cannot install old battery as it was severely swollen

If it was charging fine before and now it boot loops, won’t charge past 1%, and shows 0% maximum capacity, that usually points to a battery communication issue, either a defective battery, a bad BMS board on the battery, or a connection problem during install.
It’s very unlikely to be simple calibration if it won’t charge past 1%. Reseat the battery connector and check for any damage around the battery and charging flex. If the issue remains, the replacement battery itself is likely faulty.
If you can keep it on long enough, run a full battery metrics analysis and review the battery logs. You can upload them to an online battery log analysis tool to see if the system is reporting charge controller or gas gauge errors. But given the symptoms, I’d strongly suspect the new battery.

No i had no issues before hand with old battery other than it swelling up, charged and functioned as normal but I contacted if I it about the battery and they are sending me a replacement if it still doesn’t work and has same issues I’m gonna assume it’s the motherboard
