So i just replace my intel core with a higher version of it like 3i to 5i and after that it never works again even if i put back the original and here is one thing i got the gold strands thing displaced for a little bit area of it and i tried to straighten it up like it should be yet still doesn’t work. Is my mother board is broken now?

It's hard to say without actual pictures regarding the CPU pad/contacts on the motherboard.
Can you share this with us?
If they are damaged, you most likely do want a new motherboard, yes...

Please confirm the make, model and revision number of the motherboard?
According to the following links, the motherboards support AMD CPUs and not Intel CPUs if this is what you mean when you say 3i and 5i
