New water filter will not lock into place?
I’ve tried a few different brands, I have bought the exact same filter that was in the fridge previously now and it still will not lock into place. The filter just makes a quarter turn and springs back. I’m not sure what this issue is, my only thought is the locking mechanism is messed up and I need to replace the whole assembly, is there a way to avoid this?
