Hi!
Could be a lot of things. Usually it has something to do with your network. Is this regarding the WIFI or with network cable?
First, please reset your router/modem and try again. Still failing? Try to move the PlayStation to a friend or family member and see if it also is failing on their network.
If that is the case, try to turn off the WIFI and try to go with UTP.
