My car stay more parked because I use more the working car, and when I take again for driving I hear it just dont sound right, it start on the last past months and I was thinking it was from the cold weather, maybe somehow it freze or something, but now it no more that cold, a negatine temperature or almost 0°C, and still dont work, can someone make a tutorial of how to chenge it?

@andreirrobert you say it "just dont sound right",, what does it sound like? How do you think the sound has changed? It is entirely possible that this issue is directly with your horn. At this time I would only check the connector on the the horn to see if it gets power when you push the horn button.
Turn your steering wheel a couple of times and then turn it all the way left and check for power on the horn connector. do the same with your steering wheel all the way to the right. If you do have power in all positions, change the horn. Here are the instructions for that
