My new 3ds wont read my sd card and also freezes and crashes over time when powered on. Same thing happens when a game cartridge is inserted. I also get ptm, mcu and (ARM11 CORE 0 or 1) errors after the crashes.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Hi, @gekkenurt I gotchu.
Try the following method below:
1: Remove the SD and game card.
2: Restart your console.
3: Insert the SD and game card.
If all that does not work, try a new SD card.

I already tried this multiple times and with a second sd card but nothing changes sadly

When you saw the MCU error, did it look like the error on the bottom screen you sent (Luma exception screen) or the errdisp on the top two pictures you sent?
The same as the top 2
@gekkenurt Sorry for the late reply, According to the error: some piece or pieces of hardware related to power or the battery is damaged, might be charging port or further. I only really know how to help you with the 3DS software so I cannot assist further though I know who might be able to, very sorry about that.
