I can't turn the phone off it's an iPhone 16 I punch the keys they don't work it's something's really wrong with it how do I get to the battery to take it out to get this to stop

If you open the phone at this point you'll loose your warranty!
Best to get to your local Apple dealer where you bought the phone to get the phone replaced as it's so new there isn't any guides yet.
