My 3ds sometimes freezes or does not start up but when i press down near the start/select buttons it unfreezes. Also my battery contacts have scratches on them that could be the problem.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

I would replace the powerboard first and see how that goes.

My original powerboard fuse was blown and then i installed a new one and that guse also blew

So, you installed the new powerboard and that fuse also died? Then you need to inspect the motherboard. Is it all clean? No corossion?
I believe the fuse blew because the digitizer ribbon was inserted upside down (gold side up)
Ah, it could be the case. I would replace the board again and see how that goes. Please keep us posted!
