You would need to use an AC motor speed controller but to find the correct one you would need to know the voltage required by the grinder and also it's power rating. Usually the model number will help to find this out.

@jayep or rather can I used step down transpormer 220 to 110 volts?
Is the grinder designed to operate on 220V or 110V?
A step down transformer will reduce the voltage but then the motor may not turn or it will turn more slowly and will quickly heat up to the point where it burns out, which is highly likely
Good way to potentially destroy the grinder.
Get a speed controller that is designed to be compatible with the mains supply voltage and the appliance that you wish to control i.e. AC speed controller suitable for 220V mains input to use with a 220V grinder

Would need to know whether it was battery powered or mains powered. Knowing the make and model number would be more helpful
"China made" doesn't tell us much.

Electrical powered!
When using since it was in high rpm, it got much heat in matter of short minutes.
