My new 3ds does not start up unless i press near the D-pad - joystick area and also when it has started if often freezes and when i press near the area it unfreezes but if i dont press it and let it freeze for a few seconds it crashes.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Hi!
First open it up and check if you can find something loose (cables, IC’s etc). If not, I would first replace the powerboard and see what happens.
Guide: Nintendo 3DS 2015 C-Stick tauschen (till step 12).
If it’s still failing, you might want to replace the motherboard… something is failing/getting off the board causing it (looks like it).
