When I turn it on num lock Automatically comes on. I turn it off but I still can't type anything. The power button and keys like screen brightness work but not letters and numbers and I don't know why

@drdapper could be a bad keyboard, a bad keyboard cable/connector or a bad Keyboard IC. Check and see if your keyboard is locked. Press the Fn key and press Num Lock or Scroll Lock and see if that unlocks it. It is also possible that this is a Windows driver issue. Try to uninstall the driver in the device manager under the Keyboards section. Finally use an USB keyboard and see if that works.
If you do need to replace the keyboard, it is part of the Upper case. Use the Lenovo Ideapad 330 15IKB Hardware Maintenance Manual to work on it.

I will definitely try this when I get home, also yeah I've been using a USB keyboard to type so that does work
So on my standard PS/2 keyboard in my device manager it's giving me a code 12 in properties, that might be the issue. (This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use, if you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system) So should I still disable it or disable something else?

yeah I had this once, keyboard just stopped typing but other keys still worked, super weird. turned out the driver was messed up, I plugged in a USB keyboard, reinstalled it from Device Manager and restarted, fixed it. also check filter keys, windows randomly turns that on sometimes lol
