Hp elite book 830 G5 screen turns gray white or ash once the laptop experience some overheating. At first, it started with glitching screen and now I’ve lost it to ash gray white screen. You can use it from the start for about 10 -30mins or more and then puff, turns ash screen

@sampsonatsakli connect an external monitor and see if that keeps working normal. If it does, you know the issue is with your screen. If it does not, you will need to have a look at the video circuitry on your motherboard i.e. GPU etc. You may need to consider replacing the thermal paste. Let us know what you find out.
