My beats will not charge even after I try multiple cables and outlets

@tylerkelley sounds like your Beats are doing what they are supposed to do, except charge. That would lead me to suggest you start off by replacing the battery. Yes, I know you've said they are only about a year old, but the battery could be older and may actually have failed. If nothing else, a new battery will give you a known-well starting point should any further troubleshooting be necessary.

Once you have your Beats open, take a good look at the wiring. Check for broken , loose wires, corrosion damage etc. you can always post some pictures of what you find with your question. That way we can see what you see. Bilder zu einer vorhandenen Frage hinzufügen

Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that, use something like this video to work on it. Batteries are readily available at many online stores.

While you work on your headphones, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
