How can I remove the hex head screw (M10)? It cannot be removed; it only rotates.

@saifallahb42317, it sounds like the bolt is spinning freely because the component it’s supposed to hold, like a nut or a threaded housing, has come loose or stripped out. With that being loose the bolt will just spin in place without coming off. Now, to provide a solution, we need more details because there have been many 50cc Vespas produced over the years.
