Back is cracked how do I stop it from spreading on back glass

You really need to get the back glass replaced, in the meantime the best you can do is just apply shipping tape. But as the shattered area is so close to the edge the tape may curl up as you retrieve your phone from your pocket exposing the sharp edges of the glass which is why replacing is really needed.

I taped it but the tape curling when I put my phone in my pocket won’t matter because 90% of my pants do not have pockets in the first place only 2 pairs of my pants have pockets but this iPhone been going strong even though it’s missing parts of glasss on the back and it’s held together by tape and it’s battery compasity is at 79
Come to think of it this iPhone is vary broken
It’s also held together by stickers
