My wiimote doesnt connect to my Wii
Whenever i try connecting my wiimote to my old Wii it doesnt work. Ive tried both sync buttons, on the Wii and the wiimote. I believe the problem is the Wii itself but i am no genius. Mainly because the wiimote connects to my laptop and dolphin emulator. Please help

What happens if you try another controller, does that work? Would try that first.

well i would but the only other controller i have isnt official and doesnt connect anyway

Okay, I would get yourself a new controller first and test with that one. That would be the ultimate test. Without a working bluetooth chip, the Wii cannot boot.
