@kathymarquez I wonder if you are looking at a magnified or zoomed-in screen. Try this, double-tap the screen with three fingers simultaneously to toggle it off. If that fails, go to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom and turn the Zoom setting off. Let us know if that worked.
