did you tried some other HDMI cables? and did you tried another TV? just to test.
if yes, it's most likely the HDMI IC that is faulty.
For replacing this one, you need to solder and have soldering experience.
It also could be the HDMI port, but less likely. Can you also share some pictures regarding the port?
I think it's either one of those 2...
