Dispenser do not work on hot water side only cold water side works
The dispenser was working on both hot and cold water, but suddenly stopped working on the hot water side

It's likely the heater coil has failed if the cold water is still cold (not cool) I assume you hear the compressor running a soft rumble.
Contact a GE parts supplier with your model to see what the cost is for the heater element. From what I quickly searched GE no-longer makes or supports these here in North America. So you may need to find a different unit if you can't find the part.

@elishatimothy what is the exact model number for your dispenser? What do the power indicator light and the hot and cold indicator lights show? What have you already tried and checked?
