I have tried everything from all the key combinations, disconnecting the battery and re connecting it, plugging it at the same time as pressing the power button, charging for hour, but nothing has worked if anyone has experienced this how did you fix it.

Not really enough here to go on... do you see any signs of life as an example did you note the need power Icon on the screen? Do you have access to a USB-C power meter to plug in between your system and the charger to see if the system is even accepting power. Did you try a second cable and charger?
Did the system encounter trauma or a liquid spill onto it? Was the system packed away for a long time and now you want to use it?
