The bottom screen is backlit but nothing is displayed
hello, I dropped my New 3DS, and now the bottom screen isn't working. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The ribbon cable for the screen may be loose, particularly after a drop. Reseat the screen ribbon cables, particularly the thick connector on the bottom-right for the lower screen. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the case and work your way to the screen.
