Why do the lights on the tool keep flashing 4 times?
The tool hasn't been used in a few months since it did that while using it, but since then, when we try to use it, it just flashes. it's possible the motor could have over heated but I'm not too sure.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Did you fully charge the battery before trying to use the tool?

yes, i tried with multiple fully charged batteries with the same result

You may have to open it up and check if there's anything visually wrong and if nothing is obvious use a DMM (digital multimeter) and start testing the operate path
