Samsung s21 Ultra phone used to have root loader

Samsung s21 Ultra phone used to come up with bootloader sometimes but it could be run and then it would turn on but now the phone turns off after bootload and logo comes up and when I make a call the same bootloader comes up. Now how do I fix this
