Why are my L2 and R2 not working and my L1 and R1 are slow

My controller fell down on the ground about 20cm above the ground , the only thing that’s not working are my L2 and R2 and my L1 and R1 are working fine but they are a bit slow

Hi!

what is meant with slow?

Anyway, I would open it up and clean the membrane circuit with isopropyl alcohol.

Also check if the connection is still secured to the motherboard.

If all is fine but still failing, replace the membrane.
