I have a black spot like I guess water or maybe the color tube going out or something cause it’s got lines at the top of the screen also but maybe it’s been like hit or something. It lets me touch the screen and do everything but I’m curious on how much it would be to get it fixed.

@crystalgladden going by your description alone, this does sound like a bad screen. It most likely requires replacement. iFixit does have a guide for it Apple Watch Ultra Display tauschen as well as the screen Apple Watch (49 mm Ultra Gen 1) Screen The cost of the repair would be the cost for the screen since you can do the replacment yourself. Definitely not cheap but still cheaper than a new watch.
