@stanleymundia there is always a possibility that this is caused by a bad keyboard connector on the motherboard. It is most likely so that this is a bad keyboard. HEre is the bad news. Lenovo considers the keyboard part of the upper case. It is held if place by plastic rivets and even so it can b removed, it is very difficult to find the right technique to hold a new keyboard in place. MY suggestion is to replace the complete top case. Use the Lenovo ThinkBook 13s Gen 3 And Lenovo ThinkBook 14s Gen 3 Hardware Maintenance Manual to work on this.
