I have had my New 3ds since it released, no issues until about last year when I tried to turn it on and my screen was black but my blue light would turn on. It charges because the orange light turns on, but it will not boot. I have tried getting a new battery and also tried safe boot but nothing is working.
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Did you removed the SD card and try again?
It could be a lot of things causing this...
I would start with testing parts.
If removing the SD card didn't worked, then replace the power board and see if it works.
If not, you would like to check the motherboard out... I'm afraid it is motherboard related, but hopefully the above will work..
