If you showered with water and soap getting into the phone (no matter what's stated that phones are water resistant but not waterproof), you'll need to disassemble it. Remove the battery too. Use tissues, cotton swaps, whatever to absorb fluids. Isopropyl alcohol helps remove residues from soap. Once cleaned, leave parts in a tray and out in the sun for several hours, over a gas pilot stove, inside gas pilot oven or water heater top. Sun drying or gentle heat from sources will help evaporate remaining water clinging to inaccessible parts still wet, causing a short circuit condition. Canned air can help blow fluids out but beware of the freezing effects of too much canned air. Short bursts. A plastic soda straw and blowing does the same. Several hours of 'baking' from warm heat should dry everything. Don't use a hair dryer to quicken drying. If you're lucky, patience with cleaning and drying may reward you with a reassembled phone back to full function.
