Can you explain what happened. Is the watch responding when you slide it onto the charging puck? Are you sure the puck and charger are working, try a second one if you can.
Did you damage the watch in some way or get it wet when it was not fully sealed.
While its possible the battery may need replacing it should still work a bit, is it?
