I've verified the Circuit Board is clean, no corrosion on any of the ports or circuit traces and the laser turns on and disc spins up. But there's still no video or audio out. Anyone know what could cause that?

Hi!
Could be many thing. Just the simple one first, did you tried some new video cables?
It could still be a motherboard issue.. so it’s recommend to check It out. A CPU/GPU issue is possible.

I have a brand new Power and Video Cable and two games I tried, but those didn't work. I did find a bridged contact, but that changed nothing when I bent it back in place. The controller does receive output as well as the VMU, but the VMU only displays a little pixel image of itself.
Hmm, is it possible to upload some pictures regarding what it is displaying and the motherboard?
