How do I lube my miter saw
I have 2-miter saws but there are no instructions on how to lubricate the bottom of the miter table or what to use. Anybody have an idea?

The joints of the saw need mostly a grease, the metal surface's where the stock will rest need a wax like Bees Wax so the metal pores are sealed. The pivots for angle cuts are the hardest to lube but luckily they rarely do. If one is a bit stiff a short blast of WD40 can get you going but you will want a light machine oil if you take things apart. Don't forget the detent pins that Zero the angle.
I also like using Bees Wax on the blade after cleaning the sap build up with Goo Off or other Citrus oil cleaner.

Thanks for the response. The undercarriage is the most difficult, especially on a craftsman 12in. The pivot point isn't bad, but where the bottom surface of the turntable and the base meet, there's no clear procedure or material listed to address the issue. I believe some brands such as DeWalt have a wear strip that mounts onto the lower base and can be replaced which would resolve the problem if other brands could follow suite.
