Why can't my laptop enter the user
I cannot log in by a user on my laptop it just freeze I cannot move on the trackpad it just freeze

Try booting into safe mode and see if the performance improves. Safe mode restricts the loading of any installed applications, which will eliminate other software as sources of problems. If it works normally in Safe mode, you'll need to uninstall programs until you find the one that's causing problems.

Your laptop is freezing because it is very outdated and has low specs, unfortunately it won't be able to do a lot anymore.
