MacBook 2.1 white , after replacing LCD , brightness keys do not work whit Tiger installed on the machine , and the control of brightness on system preferenze is disappeared .
Boot whit Snow Leopard on external HD it's all ok !
The original screen was a LG and the new an AUO .
It isn't a big problem ( i will install Snow Leopard ) but it's strange .
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Seems to be a software issue. Try to repair the permissions via Disk Utility from your installation disk.

Just reinstall your system.

Installed Leopard , now it's ok .

It's just a System problem try to reinstall the System if u dont want to try to update the system you have
