Need to change the keyboard on my laptop. Shift keys are not working right.

Here's the maintenance and service guide taken from this HP support webpage for the laptop model.
Go to p.24 (30 of 77 pdf) to find the part numbers for all the country specific keyboards that are compatible for your exact model and also the procedure to remove/replace the keyboard/top cover assembly.
Search online for the part number only that is applicable to your exact model variant and also the location where the laptop is used.
Usually the HP part number can be found somewhere on the underside of the assembly if you wish to verify what the number is before ordering a replacement
