Can you provide a bit more information on the configuration of your PC and the fault? Did it stop displaying after a power surge for example?

@fouzanmasood at minimum we will need to know what motherboard this is and if it has integrated video circuitry or if it requires an external graphics card.

Intel motherboard and integrated Graphics it was actually my Grandfather,s iDK a lot about it

@fouzanmasood

What is the model number of the motherboard?

usually the model number is printed on the board itself.

Your PC configuration does not have a monitor, or do you have the monitor and the PC isn't displaying anything to the monitor? Because if you don't have a monitor, then we can't help with that, since you will have to buy a monitor, not us.

A PC that powers on but shows no display almost always comes down to RAM, the CMOS/BIOS, or the graphics output. Since it's an older Intel board with integrated graphics, work through these in order:

  1. Confirm the monitor and cable first. Test the monitor on another device, and make sure the cable (VGA/DVI/HDMI) is fully seated on the motherboard's video port (not an add-in card slot, since you're using integrated graphics).
  2. Listen for beep codes. When you power on, does the internal speaker beep? A repeating beep pattern usually points to bad RAM or a video fault - note the exact pattern, it narrows this down fast.
  3. Reseat the RAM. This is the number one cause of "powers on, no display" on old boards. Power off, remove each stick, gently clean the gold contacts with a pencil eraser, and reseat firmly until it clicks. Try booting with one stick at a time in the first slot.
  4. Reset the BIOS / replace the CMOS battery. Old boards often have a dead CR2032 coin battery, which can stop them booting. Remove it for about 5 minutes (or use the CLR_CMOS jumper) to reset the BIOS, and ideally drop in a fresh CR2032.
  5. Inspect for bad capacitors. On a PC this old, look at the capacitors around the CPU/motherboard for bulging or leaking tops - that's a very common failure and would explain no display.
  6. Strip it down. Test with only the CPU, one RAM stick, and onboard video connected - no extra drives or USB. If it displays, add parts back one at a time.

To help pin it down: what is the motherboard model number (printed on the board), and does the PC show any fans/LEDs or beeps when you press power?

This answer can be helpful, but not all ATX motherboards are fully modular, nor have the same parts. Also, don't motherboards require a storage drive in order to operate? Also, to give additional details, other motherboards may also use LED's to produce an error code, or the speakers, or neither.

The CMOS battery issue wouldn't be directed to this issue, as it could also just be the timestamp that just needs to be readjusted. As I've encountered this type of situation and the permanent fix to this would be that timestamp adjustment in the BIOS. Plus, resetting the BIOS and replacing the CMOS battery is just the bare minimum on this board. As I've already said, you will also have to get into the BIOS (rapidly pressing Delete, F11, F10, or Escape to get into the BIOS, if you don't know how) in order to change the timestamp.

Also, please note that this may be written with AI. Note that I said "may", not "definitely", since I have no definite conclusion that this is written with AI. The main reason why this could possibly be written with AI is because of the introduction and the conclusion.
