How to get the hydrolic pressure to the front breaks to release? 1998
1998 E 150 and the break system won't completely release the hydrolic pressure on the front pads? Swapped out everyting up front including the ABS switch and it still burns up the rotors. (Rear breaks are all new as well?)

it may be the calipher(s) not the pressure. I had a stuck calipher on my honda odyssey that started about 15000 miles.

With front wheels off the ground, they should turn with some resistance from normal brakes slightly dragging. Are calipers original or new or replacements? If you cannot rotate any front wheel whether old or new calipers, open a bleed screw on one caliper and try turning the rotor. Old calipers not flushed or bled along with corrosion buildup may prevent each piston from retracting after brake application. In addition, sometimes the flexible brake hose chokes brake fluid flow from a severely corroded hose hanger. Hose hangers are usually on the strut frame and rusts until it chokes the hose, creating a hydraulic lock to prevent brake pressure from flowing back to the master cylinder.
