You'll have to replace the coil, and probably the cotton while you're in there, unless your existing cotton is still usable; most of them get too burnt by the time the coils go to be usable, but you might be able to reverse them and change the outside to the inside if only one or two layers are fried.
I've noted that the mesh coils I've linked to in the guide are no longer available, and I haven't found anyone else selling the dual coils anywhere else, so you may have to go with two single coils. Place them one above the other and connect both of them to the ground connector, then split the other two leads between the top and bottom coil connector. Just be sure they don't short together when they're assembled or they won't work; in this case you'll really need to check the ohm readings for both coils before you reassemble it. This guide will show you how to get to them to rebuild the coils.
