Anycubic ACE Pro: 1 Slot fädelt nicht das Filament ein

wenn ich im Slot 2 das Filament einfädeln möchte geht das Licht an ( es wird also erkannt) und dann wird es kurz eingezogen aber sofort wieder ausgeworfen. der Motor fährt dann in die andere Richtung. bei den anderen 3 Slots ist es richtig. da zieht er ein. Ich habe den S1 schon 2 Monate und bis jetzt lief es ohne Probleme. letzte Woche hatte nun etwas blockiert. Ich habe das entfernt und es ist alles wieder durchlässig.im anycubic wiki finde ich dazu leider auch nichts. Jemand eine Idee?

Bambu Lab 3D Printer: Heizbett reparieren oder tauschen?

Mein Bambu Lab A1 zeigt mir an, die Temperatur des Heizbetts ist unnormal, möglicherweise ist ein Schaltkreis offen.

Ich habe gemäß Bambu Wiki die Widerstände gemessen und der Temperaturfühler hat 58 Ohm und die Stromversorgung zeigt 48 Ohm.

Ich würde gern den Temperaturfühler ersetzen, da der Messwert dort 100 Ohm haben soll.

Jetzt die Frage: Welches Ersatzteil ist das richtige? Gibt es den Temperaturfühler einzeln? Oder muss ich das ganze Bett tauschen? Wenn ja: Wo kriegt man eines? Ich habe nach stundenlangem Suchen nur Druckbetten für X1/A1mini/P1S/… gefunden.

Ich besitze eine Anycubic Photon M3. Nur funktioniert der LCD Screen nicht mehr.

Ich habe schon mit dem Support geschrieben, jedoch können sie mir auch nicht weiterhelfen, da dieser Drucker nicht mehr verkauft wird. Auch keine Ersatzeile. Ich finde auch keine Drittanbieter, die diesen Screen anbieten.

Hat jemand, bzw. kennt ihr jemanden der eventuell einen defekten Anycubic Photon M3 Drucker (Im Raum Österreich/Deutschland) besitzt? Würde in diesem Fall den defekten Drucker (oder nur LCD-Screen) abkaufen.

Ich hoffe meine Frage ist in diesem Forum angebracht.

Das Filament ließ sich nicht ganz entfernen und Verstopft nun die Zufuhr.

Vermutlich hängt auch etwas in den Zahnrändern fest.

Wie öffnet man den Druckkopf für die Reinigung?

Prusa I3 MK3S: Werkzeugsuche - 2,5mm Kugelkopf Innensechskant Bit mit 4mm Schaft

Ich habe eine Stunde lang auf Deutsch und Englisch gesucht und werde nicht fündig. Bei den Suchbegriffen kommen überall 4mm Kugelkopf Bits mit regulärem 1/4” bzw. 6,35mm Schaft raus. Vielleicht komme ich gerade nur nicht auf die richtigen Suchbegriffe?

Wofür der Aufwand? Im Prusa I3 MK3S sind viele 2,5mm Innensechskant Schrauben verwendet, statt einem entsprechenden Schlüssel benutze ich gern meinen Ifixit Pro Tech Toolkit Bithalter, mit dem beiliegenden einfachen 2,5mm Bit komme ich aber nicht immer überall hin. Da fragte ich mich gerade bei der Wartung des Geräts ob es den Bit auch mit Kugelkopf gibt, was mir die Wartung in Zukunft erleichtern würde.

Built printer, then it turned on. Leveled the plate to the print Nozzle with a piece of paper. I printed 2 test models then a 5 hour model. All 3 models we fine. Then turned off printer. The next day I turned the printer on and only got a Blue screen.

I’m trying to troubleshoot a hardware issue on my Bambu Lab A1 Mini Combo 3D printer and would appreciate any guidance.

Hardware reference (for clarity): Bambu Lab A1 Mini Combo 3D printer

Issue description:

During prints, especially at higher speeds or when more filament is needed, the extruder begins to click repeatedly and the filament feed becomes inconsistent. This often results in under-extrusion or gaps in the print. The printer pauses or slows unexpectedly as well.

What I have checked so far:

Filament spool tension and re-feeding
Nozzle temperature settings
Cleaned the nozzle and heat break
Verified filament is not tangled

At this point I’m trying to determine whether this is likely due to a mechanical feed problem (gears, tensioner, idler), a drive motor issue, or a sensor/stepper calibration issue.

Specifically, I’m interested in:

Common mechanical causes of clicking extrusion on this or similar models
How to inspect the extruder gears and tension assembly safely
Any recommended checks for stepper motor performance or idler alignment

Thanks in advance for any repair/inspection advice — I’m trying to identify whether this is a hardware fault or a setup calibration issue.

CR-10S PRO: Stiff adjustment wheels on bottom of bed.

I have an ender 3 pro with an skr mini v1.2 motherboard and the screen keeps automatically selecting and clicking thins and makes weird noises? Any fixes? I have all wires plugged in correctly, I’ve flashed the board, unplugged the system, removed the metal holder from around the screen, tried plugging in things differently and tried different cords but nothing has worked. Any idea for a fix?

I've had my printer for a while now, and I've run into an issue where my printer will start skipping and pushing it's y-limit boundary. There is no "click" of the switch in the back.

Ender 3 v2 Neo: My Ender 3 Max Neo Stops Extruding Filament Mid-Print

While you may be confused why I'm putting this under Ender V2 Neo, they are functionally the same device, size being the difference. Now, here's my issue, when I print the print will start off fine enough, but filament will consistently stop at about the same point each time. https://preview.redd.it/continuous-print...

More or less what happens is that the print starts off normal, and then the print simply stops at a certain point. This isn't because the filament is caught on anything, I've had this issue for a few months and taken apart a few items of the printer. I'm not sure if this is a settings issue, or if this might be an issue with the hotend, as I had to replace it, and these problems started after a few such changes.

If you have any questions you need me to clarify, I'd really like to solve this. Thanks.

FlashForge Adventurer 3: Nozzle disconnected itself from heater/extruder during print

I replaced the 0.4mm nozzle with a 0.6mm nozzle. It printed fine for 1/2 the print and then apparently disconnected itself from the print head/extruder. It no longer seats electrically and I can't re-seat it due to the resistance from the filament. So...I can't remove it because it won't heat up due to not having any electric contact.
