Ich fürchte, ich muss mit Hilfe des Service Manuals das Gerät auseinander bauen und die Zuleitungen der Druckflüssigkeit und/oder den Druckkopf manuell reinigen. Hat jemand damit Erfahrung? Gibt es vielleicht andere Lösungsmöglichkeiten?

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Drucker leider kommt es beim farbigen Drucken immer zu vertikalen weißen Streifen. Durch Testbilder habe ich herausgefunden das es an der Ausgabe von cyan liegen muss. Merkwürdig ist das auch nach mehrfachem verwenden der Reinigungsfunktion und dem Ausrichten der Düsen keinerlei Besserung eintritt und auf dem Testdruck von Brother cyan wackelige Streifen macht.

Beim Brother Support bekam ich die Aussage das es an meinen billig Patronen liegen muss, jedoch sind die anderen Farben in Ordnung und ebenfalls billig Patronen.

Ich würde mich sehr freuen wenn mir jemand helfen könnte danke.

Langsam verzweifele ich ein wenig. Mein bis dato gut laufender Laser-Drucker hat jetzt leider starke vertikale schlieren und Ghosting drin. Toner, Trommeln und Transferband sind gewechselt. Es hat sich aber leider nichts verändert. Was könnte noch das Problem sein ?

Kann mir da jemand weiterhelfen, ich habe nur den Druckeropf gewechselt am Scanner garnichts gemacht nur die Kabel abgezogen.

Braucht der Scanner eine Grundeinstellung?

1. Das Absorber-Pad vorsichtig abgetupft, bis es wieder halbwegs frei von Tinte war.
   Der anschließende Testdruck hat keine Besserung ergeben.
2. Außerdem habe ich anhand div. Tutorials gesehen, dass man die Schläuche "durchspritzen" kann. Also habe ich den Druckkopf in Mittelstellung gebracht, das Gerät vom Netz genommen und mittels einer Spritze und Wasser jede Leitung durchgespült, die Tintenpatronen eingesetzt, nochmal 1-2 Reinigungen durchgeführt, damit das Wasser ausgespült wird und einen Testdruck gemacht.
   Ergebnis: Nun sind Schwarz und Gelb funktional aber Cyan und Magenta nicht. Letzteres hat ja eigentlich immer funktioniert...
3. Also dachte ich, es ist vielleicht Luft im System (ich habe zuerst alle durchgespült und anschließend die Patronen eingesetzt). Also habe ich das ganze Prozedere nochmals wiederholt, und auf die Luft in den Schläuchen geachtet. Sobald ich fertig mit der einen Farbe war, habe ich direkt die Patrone eingesetzt und so weiter..
   Der nächste Testdruck, war recht zufriedenstellend. Schwarz war noch sehr löchrig, aber die Farben waren alle fast vollständig zu sehen, nur noch etwas durchmischt (etwas Blau im Gelb... usw.).
4. Also habe ich eine normale Reinigung durchgeführt, und war sehr gespannt auf das Ergebnis. Aber siehe da: Das Ergebnis wurde Schlechter! Je mehr Reinigungen ich machte, desto mehr verschwand (nicht ins Wässrige oder ähnliches (das hat man beim ersten Druck deutlich gesehen), sondern einfach komplett weg.

Bevor ich jetzt noch 10x durchspüle und immer wieder das gleiche passiert, würde es mich interessieren, ob jemand eine Ahnung hat, warum die Reinigungen das Ergebnis verschlechtern? Vermutlich sitzt da mein Übeltäter..

P.S.: Als ich einen Tag später nochmals die Schläuche überprüft habe habe ich gesehen, dass der Cyan-Schlauch voller Luft war, was am Vorabend, als ich ihn stehen gelassen habe noch nicht so war..

Ich sage vielen vielen Dank im Voraus. Es würde mich sehr freuen, wenn ich mir keinen neuen Drucker kaufen muss..

I'm truly at a loss now. Recently, my printer started printing only in magenta (possibly because one or more cartridges were low on ink...), so I decided to tackle the problem and took the following steps:

I carefully dabbed the absorber pad until it was reasonably free of ink.

The subsequent test print showed no improvement.

I also saw in various tutorials that you can "flush" the ink lines. So I moved the print head to the center position, unplugged the device, and flushed each line with water using a syringe. Then I inserted the ink cartridges, performed one or two more cleaning cycles to flush out the water, and did a test print.

Result: Now black and yellow are working, but cyan and magenta are not. The latter had always worked before...

So I thought there might be air in the system (I had flushed all the lines first and then inserted the cartridges). So I repeated the whole procedure, paying attention to the air in the tubes. As soon as I finished with one color, I immediately inserted the cartridge, and so on.

The next test print was quite satisfactory. Black was still very patchy, but all the colors were almost completely visible, just a little mixed (some blue in the yellow... etc.).

So I performed a normal cleaning cycle and was very curious about the result. But lo and behold: The result got worse! The more cleaning cycles I ran, the more the ink disappeared (not into the water or anything like that (which was clearly visible after the first print), but simply vanished completely).

Before I flush it another 10 times and the same thing keeps happening, I'd be interested to know if anyone has any idea why the cleaning cycles are making the problem worse? That's probably where the culprit is...

P.S.: When I checked the hoses again the next day, I saw that the cyan hose was full of air, which wasn't the case the evening before when I left it standing.

Thank you very much in advance. I would be very happy if I didn't have to buy a new printer.

Problematik bestand sowohl unter Windows 10 als auch jetzt unter Windows 11.

Hat jemand noch das gleiche Problem und läßt sich dies lösen?

ich habe da eine frage ich habe den drucker von inne komplet gereingt und weiß nicht ob ich da eine feder einbauen muss bei den bautei von den Tinten pumpe ..? da die komsch gerausch gemacht hat habe ich das ganze gereing und sonst alles verbaut nur das bauteil wo die schlauche sind habe ich das gefühl da was fehlt ...

The paper starts to feed and then never quite gets grabbed coming out of the paper tray. It doesn't jam, it just doesn't feed. When I feed manually, the printer works fine, but that is a royal pain!

I have tried cleaning all the rollers underneath - in back and front.

Other suggestions?

I am beyond frustrated and I refuse to reset it up each and every time I have to print. I called Brother and their response was that the printer needs to be within three to five feet of the router (???!?!?). They said that the printers are "very sensitive" yet it's a "wifi issue, not a printer issue".

I never would have spent $150 for a wifi printer that needs to be literally next to my modem to work. I may as well have it wired directly. I have a small condo (1000 square feet) and the printer is in the room next to where my modem is located. It's maybe twenty or thirty feet away. There is no solid wall separating the two rooms--there's a large double doorway between them.

I'm so frustrated and upset that something so new and not inexpensive is useless. Do I have any options to keep the machine from constantly dropping the connection? I read somewhere else about "fixing" the IP address but before I mess with that want to make sure that is the right thing to do. Thanks!

Is there anyone who has a tip and or trick to fixing this? I've replaced the black cartridge several times.

I bought a case of ink for the printer so I'd like to be able to use it up!! Thanks.

About a year ago I noticed that colour images would only print black and white.

My settings are to full colour. The cartridges are full and in good condition according to the ink refill place.

Not sure what else is going wrong.

Actually, I updated the question to reflect the proper model is all.

I regularly hear the printer doing the automatic head cleaning.

I just wonder if it's possible to submerge those bits in rubbing alcohol or some other non-water source to remove clogs/build up.

if I try to print , it writes on fhe LCD: unable to print 4F. someone told me that the ptinting head is ruined because I used not original ink. is it true? How can i fix it?
