Sony Cyber-shot WX Series: How do repair my DSC WX500 lcd screen

Hi, good afternoon so I have a Sony DSC WX500 camera , the problem is when I flip my camera screen there is no dsplay coming out its like a black screen so when I'm taking a selfie I can't see what's in focus. Is there any solutions in my problems? Thanks

Sony A5000: I dropped my camera on the floor and now the lens will not open.

I recently dropped my Sony A5000 camera on a hard floor while the lens was extended, it closed and now it will not open. Whenever I push on the front of the lens, I can hear a creaking sound. After I dropped it, the lens was slightly lopsided but now it has been pulled back into place. There are no other visible problems with the camera and the “release without lens” setting is not working. If I turn on the camera, I can still access everything but it displays the text “Cannot recognize lens. Attach it properly.”. What should I do?

Nikon D3200: Why can't I use all focus lenghts

Hello,

if I set my camera (Nikon D3200) to manual mode an try to play with the kit zoom lens (Nikon 18-55mm VR II ) then I can only turn the focus to a range between 24-35 mm and I can't get a sharp image even when I try to turn the small wheel . So is my lens broken or is there something with my camera?

Sony Camera: Sony Alpha A77V Display LCD no Backlight

Hello, I have an old Sony Alpha A77V with faulty LCD Display (it works, but without backlight).

I bought a new one on Aliexpress for 9€ and a new flex cable for 30€ on eBay. Today I opened the camera and I tried to fix it.

The new display works, but doesn't have Backlight, that is exactly the same problem that the original display.

I changed the flex cable, and the same happens.

Some idea of how I can fix it?.

Canon EOS Rebel T5: 5d mkii CF Card Format Error

Recently one of my pins bent in the CF reader of my 5d mkii. I got it repaired but now when I first insert the card it says “ Card ++https://elecpay.in/tneb/++ not formatted. Format card with this camera.” Then once I press format, it says “ cannot format. Change card” I used a different card and it worked like normal. I thought it might be the CF card I was using, but when I plugged it into my computer with my card reader, I could still view all my files. I have magic lantern installed and the card is a Lexar Pro 1066x 128gb card. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Fujifilm X100T: X100 F bottom plate replacement

Hi!

I have to replace the bottom plate od my x100F. I have watched X100T dissesembly guide on this site. It is not clear do I have to peel the leatherette or do I just remove the six screws at the bottom of the camera with the leatherette on. Did anyone took appart the x100F?

The camera has quit on me and I tried a new battery, using DC power and it won't turn on. My IT guy is going to look at it, but in the meantime I really really need the tape inside the camera. Is there a failsafe to eject the tape?

Canon EOS Rebel T3: Why does my laptop not recognise the camera when plugged in via USB?

When I plug in my Canon DSLR 1100D, the computer pops up with a the message "USB Device Not Recognised". After clicking the message popup, it said it was error 'Code 43'. This type of error typically suggests that there is something wrong with the connected device.

I've tried the camera with two other laptops, all displaying the same message, as well as using different USB cables each time. I've tried unplugging everything else, restarting laptop and removing it's battery, updating the camera's firmware, installing the latest version of EOS Utility 2, all to no avail.

That is the error message displayed any time I inserted a memory card into my Nikon d3200 camera. I have tried new memory cards but the error message persist.

When I turn on my camera and the light is on which shows it is powered on, nothing appears on my screen when I aim to shoot. I am not in a dark environment, there is nothing on the outside lens, and I have never had this problem before. What can I do to fix this and what could be wrong?

When I take a picture the flash goes off, how ever the image looks like no flash was used, I went to menu reset but this did not work any suggestions? is this a setting issue or do I need to take the camera to a repair shop.

Samsung NX1000: Date and time keep resetting

I set my date and time accordingly in my camera and after some time, eg half a day - a day, I notice that it's reseted back to 2012.

This keeps happening ... Does anyone else have this problem ?

Does it have a small battery for the RTC ? Can this be changed easily ?
