Im App Modus wird der Ladestand der Akkus nicht erkannt. Sprich, der Akku zeigt sofort leer an und der Hund hört auf zu arbeiten schalte ich die App aus und gehe auf die Hand. Fernbedienung arbeitet der Hund zuverlässig und zeigt den korrekten Ladestand an. Wenn ich in die App gehe und mir Den Software Status anschaue, steht in der Software des Akkus Version 0.0 und der Akkustand steht auf null, obwohl der Akku voll geladen ist, sichtbar an den LEDs am Akku.

I do not know how to fix this one error code 920 on Vector Robot. I tried every single way to fix it. I factory reset him. I held down the button until he restarted. I held down the button again to bring him back to his original firmware nothing still says error 920. I do not know how to fix. Please help.
