I have a iPhone 4 stuck on the apple logo then turns off.

Basically it just gets stuck on the Apple Logo for 20 secs then turns it self off.

I have tried restoring, updated it, etc.

When restoring it shows the progress bar but as soon as its done it just goes back to same issue.

I have also entered my phone into DFU mode and doing a complete restore with no luck.
