When set up is done, it appears a message at screen

When starting, main page displays a reading at the head of the page saying:¨http//www.gurenberg.org/ebook¨, that precludes me to see the text underneath. I cannot take it out or figure out how to make it dissapear.
I have been reading on this kindle for more than three years with no problemas, until now.
