Hello! I have exactly the same problem, too,

when 100 brightness motherboard(!) buzzing

I disasambly  montior, check the power supply 24 Volt, all ok

I replaced the motherboard and did not help, I think the problem is somewhere in LSD but where?

I do not know :(
